We have an accessibility crew. You'll be asked on your registration form what accommodations you may need. Please let us know by June 5 if you have any accessibility needs so that we can make it happen!
Electricity for medical needs: If you have pre-registered an electrical medical need, you will need to bring your rechargeable battery to a charging station. There is a charging station with multiple outlets near the Outer RV shower. Please ask for assistance if you need help getting your battery or your medical or mobility device to a charging station.
See below for RV-related accessibility info.

Camping on The Land is intended to be a “dry camping” experience. This means there are no water or electric hook-up sites or dumping facilities anywhere on the Land.
Camping in the RV area must be pre-registered directly with WWTLC. Once you have purchased your 2025 ticket to an event (or multiple events), you should register the RV at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/wwtlc25rv. Then, when you arrive on the Land, you will be directed to the RV Coordinator Tent where staff will take you to your registered camping spot.
RV Camping is located at Treeline and Outer RV, with shuttles running frequently to Triangle and Downtown areas.
RV Camping is intended for sleeping vehicles such as an RV motor home, travel trailer, pop-up, minivan, truck or car. You may set up an adjacent tent for socializing and/or storage, but sleeping in a tent is not permitted for safety reasons. Once your RV is set up, it must remain parked at all times during your stay.
Outer RV has a centrally located water spigot for potable, delicious water. There are also accessible showers with shower benches, and showers with privacy curtains. Also available are sinks for brushing your teeth and a dressing area with hooks for clothes and towels, and benches for waiting or dressing.
Generators may only be run between the hours of 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. When running a generator, please limit it to one hour, then wait at least two hours before running again.
Accessible RV: when registering your RV, make sure to include any mobility needs, such as a request for a parking spot close to the road for ease of access to shuttles.
If you are renting an RV that is to be delivered to the Land, you must be at the Front Gate to meet and escort the RV delivery person to your designated RV spot and then escort the delivery vehicle back to the Front Gate. You will follow this same procedure on Load Out day.
